“I’ve worked at Avon Lee Lodge for six years now, and during that time I’ve really grown both personally and professionally. I first joined while working towards my NVQ Level 2, and later progressed to my NVQ Level 3, which helped me step into my current role as Care Team Leader after five years in care.
Throughout my time here, I’ve taken on a range of training, including Passport to Manage, Safeguarding, and Medication Management. I’m also due to complete Diabetes Training in May, which I’m looking forward to as another step in developing my skills.
